Welcome to my website. I am honored for your interest in my work.
I started my actual business (or I should say it started me) in November of 2018. I believe Spirit has a way of getting our attention when we are needed the most.
It began with semi precious stone transformations initially, but in early 2020 expanded to seeing faces in almost everything. As an effort to expose my work in social media I started an Instagram page: Cats_Conscious_Creations. This is currently where I post my photo transformations of clouds, trees, rocks, and whatever grabs my attention.
The creations I bring to life evolve from a vision, request, personal project or an object with a clear identity that requests to be seen in a different form. Every creation is infused with only the highest intention of love and unity. My work is never hurried- I let the pieces determine their levels of completeness and direction.
All of my physical materials are honored through a process of cleaning or clearing. Semi-precious stones chips and raw rocks are washed and dried in the sun. The wood pieces are soaked, rinsed and thoroughly dried before storing inside. Larger rocks remain in my outdoor “stable” until their time for transformation calls. I incorporate objects or structures that support my intentions -whether they reside in the yard or my workroom.
I like to utilize nature’s gifts as my main vehicles for expression, which often find their way to me in unusual ways. My go-to materials consist mostly of leather, rocks, feathers and objects found in nature.
Hearts became my trademark after revealing themselves amidst the chips as I was sorting. Now they show up consistently, acting as reminders of the universes unconditional love for us.
When I am working with rock “animals” I always start with the eye first, sometime just the eyes are all that is required. If the rock animal seeks further evolvement I will intuitively selecting the appropriate type of stone chips from my inventory.
Every batch of semi-precious chips is hand-sorted for the perfect size and shape. Each chip is then meticulously applied layer by layer until I sense the project is complete. This process often takes several months to finish.
A sense of identity begins to emerge during the long application process, often resulting in the name and “gender” of a piece. Each piece already carries its own inherent energy, and with the applying of additional stones and materials a heightened energetic level is activated.
I do not limit myself during the creative process regarding style or materials, but continue to be humbled at what emerges when I let Spirit guide me.
