ALIEN HEAD BEACH ROCK

Materials: Gray and white beach rock and Garnet chip.

Weighs 1.55 ounces

Measures: 1 ¾” H x 2” W x 1 ¼” D

I’ve had this rock for many years and moved it into my office “stable” in 2020. Until this time I saw it as an interesting shape, but only addressed it as an alien head this year.

The eye was selected and applied on June 15, 2020, also during the Covid-19 stay at home orders.

There have been many similar objects with faces that have shown up during this time of change; some on my daily walks, some find their way to me and some already resting in my yard.

I consider it an honor to when an object expresses its presence to me for recognition.

Nature and the universe is an amazing thing.
